I have installed the module on my website, which is running PrestaShop 8.2.0, and I'm using the multi-store feature. However, when I visit any product page or the cart page, the WhatsApp button appears, but the popup doesn't show up.
When I inspect the page and search for the popup ID, I can't find it anywhere. The ID only seems to be present in the WhatsApp button element.
I am also using the Optima theme.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
